About

Duggan is a 2024 Hillsdale College graduate with majors in politics and French. He has lived all over the state of Michigan, including in Bay City, Kalamazoo, and Marquette. During his time as a Hillsdale student, he was a Winston Churchill Fellow, a French tutor, and a research assistant in the President’s Office and for Dr. Mark Moyar in the History Department. He was also a 2022 Summer Fellow of the Hudson Institute Political Studies Program in Washington, D.C, and worked at the Heritage Foundation. In addition to his study of politics, Duggan was co-president of the Pi Delta Phi French honorary, through which he grew deep, meaningful relationships with his French professors and a love for the French language. Duggan cherishes the deep conversations he had with friends, movie nights with Dr. Hart (Coen Brothers’ films only, of course), and the overall sense of community offered at Hillsdale.
