Hillsdale College Students Attend the March for Life in Washington, D.C.
Eighty-five students traveled to attend the annual march.
HILLSDALE, Mich. — Eighty-five Hillsdale College students, accompanied by Associate Dean of Men Jeffrey Rogers, attended this year’s March for Life in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 24. The overnight bus trip was organized by the student group Hillsdale College for Life, which has participated in the march annually since 2011.

“It was an honor to show our support of this cause in D.C.,” said Hillsdale College for Life President Grace Marks. “While we understand the increased need for local work in the wake of Roe v. Wade’s overturning, we are also committed to continuing to give students the opportunity to travel to D.C. for the national march.”
The March for Life has occurred annually since 1974. The theme for 2025 was “Life: Why We March.”
“Sometimes I think what keeps a lot of students from going to this is people think, ‘There’s a lot of people there already. What’s my voice? Just another voice.’ It’s not about your voice. It’s about their voices,” Rogers said. “We become a voice for the voiceless.”
