Olivia Rome

Biography

Olivia Rome is excited to work for her Alma Mater right after graduation as the Office Administrator for Career Services. She graduated from Hillsdale in 2025 with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Dance. Olivia works alongside the team to ensure that Career Services operates smoothly, so that students can confidently engage with career exploration and professional opportunities.

Olivia advances Career Services mission by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support that allows Career Services staff to focus on direct student engagement. Through organization, communication, and coordination, Oliva helps maintain efficient office flow and a welcoming environment that supports both students and campus partners.

In addition to working in Career Services, Olivia is McIntyre’s House Director, and she teaches Pilates classes for students and staff. Outside of working in Carrer Services, Olivia enjoys making sourdough bread, brewing kombucha, and hiking.
