College Park Townhomes

The Townhomes are made up of modern duplex-style townhomes with high-end amenities.

The Townhomes were completed in 2018 and offer higher-end living amenities with air conditioning, dishwashers, and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Located at the corner of West and College Streets, the Townhomes house upperclassmen women.
