Samuel was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. He graduated from Hillsdale College in 2023 with a degree in English. After graduating, Samuel worked at the Government Accountability Institute before returning to Hillsdale. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter, and dog on hikes and at the park.
