Hillsdale College Displays Senior Art Exhibits
The College is displaying several exhibits featuring art by graduating seniors.
HILLSDALE, Mich. — Hillsdale College is displaying three exhibits this semester featuring works senior art majors created during their time studying with the Hillsdale College Art Department. Exhibits feature a wide range of artistic media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, and graphic design.
“Our students work hard to develop their skills and create beautiful art,” said Art Department Chairman Julio Suarez. “We are excited to honor their accomplishments and share their work with campus and the community.”
Exhibits are being displayed in the Daughtrey Art Gallery in the Fine Arts Building.

The first exhibit, “Connection,” featuring art by Veronica Fogo, Cecilia Jansen, Joel Mayer, Julia Widhalm, and Emma Cuneo, was displayed in the Daughtrey Gallery March 27-31.
The second exhibit, “Formed,” featuring art by Abigail Cool, Katie Edison, Ellia He, Phaedra Kelley, and Ella Rose Klein, will be on display April 10-14.
The third exhibit, “Through Your Eyes,” featuring art by Claire Bowers, Abigail Palubinskas, Catherine Schlueter, Michelle Soukup, and Carolyn Spangler, will be on display April 17-21.
Each exhibit opens with a reception in the gallery from 6-8 p.m. on the first day of the exhibit. Both the receptions and the exhibits are free and open to the public.
