Hillsdale College Welcomes Julie Teel to Its Board of Trustees
Teel joined the Board in May.
HILLSDALE, Mich. — Hillsdale College recently welcomed Julie Teel as a new member of its Board of Trustees. Teel joined the Board at its May meeting.
“Since the founding of Hillsdale College in 1844, the Board of Trustees has governed the College with integrity and prudence,” said Rich Péwé, chief administrative officer and secretary to the Board. “Mrs. Teel will contribute to Hillsdale’s principled dedication to its founding purposes.”

Julie Teel has served as board chair for Raley’s Food for Families since 2017 and served on the board of directors for Raley’s Family of Fine Stores for over nine years. Teel also serves on the boards of the Nevada Museum of Art, the University of Nevada Reno Foundation, the Incline Community Hospital Foundation, and the Tahoe Fund. She has previously served on the boards of Ozark Trucking Company, Loyola Marymount University, and the University Development Foundation, among others. She lives in Incline Village, Nevada.
